  1. Are your products handmade?

Yes. All products sold by Gabriela’s Soul Light are handmade.

  1. Do you accept custom orders?

Yes, we do accept custom orders.

If you have a special idea, design request or personalised order in mind, please contact us before placing your order.

  1. Do you offer personalised candles?

Yes. We can create personalised candles depending on the design and request.

Please note that personalised and made-to-order items may require additional preparation time.

  1. How long does it take to prepare an order?

Most orders are dispatched within 2–3 working days.

Container candles and crystal candles are usually dispatched within 1–2 working days.

For crystal candles with special character detailing or personalised elements, production time may be up to 1.5 weeks.

  1. Where do you ship?

We currently ship within the United Kingdom and to selected countries in Europe, including:

  • Italy
  • Spain
  • Romania

If your country is not listed, please contact us before placing an order.

  1. Do you offer tracking?

We currently do not offer tracking on standard orders.

If you have any concerns about your delivery, please contact us and we will do our best to help.

  1. What should I do if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

If your item arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible with:

  • your order number
  • a short description of the issue
  • clear photos of the item and packaging
